Gần như đồng thời với việc niêm yết cổ phiếu trên HSX, Công Ty dự kiến tiến hành giao dịch huy động vốn độc lập với sự tham gia của các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài là các tổ chức toàn cầu ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam thông qua các giao dịch riêng lẻ được miễn trừ các yêu cầu đăng ký theo Đạo luật Chứng khoán Hoa Kỳ năm 1933.
VPS, the leading securities brokerage in Vietnam, has submitted an application to the State Securities Commission (SSC) for an initial public offering of shares and has also submitted a listing application to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HSX).
Substantially concurrently with the HSX listing, the Company is pursuing a separate capital raising transaction involving global institutional investors outside of Vietnam in private transactions exempt from registration under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
