CMC Corporation (CMG VN): VND1.25 trillion bond plan
The tech firm plans to offer VND1.25 trillion of corporate bond via a private placement in Q4 2025, having 10-year tenor and 5.5% p.a. coupon rate, secured by payment guarantee from CGIF.
All proceeds will be used for CMC Creative Space Hanoi (CCS Hanoi) in Starlake urban area. BNP Paribas acts as the lead arranger in this deal. CMG VN closed at VND39,600 per share on 6th November 2025, meaning 21.6x P/E and 2.7x P/B.
MSCI: Changes in index constituents
MSCI Frontier Market Index added 3 new stocks (i.e. CII, MBS, HVN) and removed 1 (i.e. CTR) from Viet Nam. End of October 2025, Viet Nam accounted 27.75% of total index market cap, ranked 1st with 3 key constituents VIC, VHM, and HPG.
At the same time, MSCI Frontier Markets Small Cap Index added 7 new stocks (i.e. L40, CLL, HGM, JVC, NNC, OCH, and SCS) while removing 4 others (i.e. BCG, TCD, IDV, and CII). End of October 2025, Viet Nam accounted for 28.45% of total index market cap, ranked 1st.
Kinh Bac City (KBC VN): Considering a USD2 billion AI data centre in HCMC
The industrial park developer announced that it had signed an MOU with Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC) and VietinBank (CTG VN) in order to develop a data centre complex.
The project is named SGI-HCM Campus and it will focus on AI data with expected electricity consumption of 200MW, powered by 100,000 GPUs. KBC VN closed at VND35,700 per share on 6th November 2025, hence 18.7x P/E and 1.4x P/B.

9M revenue was VND2.41 trillion (about USD91.8 million, down -18% YoY) and 9M EBT was VND288 billion (about USD11 million, down -9% YoY). PTI VN closed at VND42,000 per share on 6th November 2025, thus 16.9x P/E and 2.0x P/B.
VEAM Corp (VEA VN): Cash dividend
The company declared cash dividend of VND4,700 per share, funded by 2024 net profit, with November 18th as Ex-date and December 19th as Settlement date. VEA VN closed at VND41,500 per share on 6th November 2025, resulting 7.3x P/E and 1.8x P/B
