Preliminary Q3 results (dated 17th October 2025):
- Savico (SVC VN): The auto dealer reported Q3 revenue of VND8.22 trillion (about USD312.4 million, up +21.3% YoY) and net income of VND364 billion (about USD13.8 million, up +5,785% YoY), thanks to nonrecurring income from the sale of a real estate project. SVC VN closed at limit up, VND22,850 per share, thus 15.2x P/E and 1.4x P/B.
- Vietnam Rubber Group (GVR VN): The group estimated 10M revenue of VND24.63 trillion (about USD936 million) and 10M net income of VND6.28 trillion (about USD239 million), equivalent to 79% and 108% of target revenue and profit for 2025, respectively. In the remaining months, the group expects outperformance with 103% and 119% completion for target revenue and profit, respectively. GVR VN closed at VND27,100 per share, thus 20.4x P/E and 1.9x P/B.
- Khanh Hoa Power (KHP VN): Q3 revenue was VND2.3 trillion (about USD87.7 million, up +56.2% YoY) and net income was VND111.3 billion (about USD4.2 million, up +1,001% YoY). KHP VN closed at VND12,900 per share, thus 10.9x P/E and 1.0x P/B.
- Thu Dau Mot Water (TDM VN): Net income was record low in Q3, at VND3.1 billion (about USD118,000, down -95% YoY) but 9M net income was VND199.5 billion (about USD7.6 million, up +36% YoY). Financial expenses increased significantly in Q3 due to the new VND260 billion (about USD10 million) borrowing from Kasikornbank. TDM VN closed at VND12,900 per share, thus 25.1x P/E and 2.5x P/B.
- Mobile World Group (MWG VN): The retailer recorded September consolidated revenue of VND9.4 trillion (about USD357.4 million, up +21% YoY) thanks to the earlier starting date of iPhone’s sales. 9M YTD, the group made revenue of VND76.5 trillion (about USD2.91 billion, up +15% YoY), in which BHX accounted for 45% of revenue. BHX also implemented its first step to expand to the Northern provinces to compete with WinCommerce of Masan Group (MSN VN). MWG VN closed at VND84,500/share, (25.8x P/E and 4.2x P/B).

50 stocks have been picked to be constituents of the new index. Most of them are regular constituents of VN30 and other major indexes while some could be worth mentioned: DIC Corp (DIG VN), EVN Finance (EVF VN), FPT Retail (FRT VN), NamABank (NAB VN), Nam Long Investment (NLG VN), Oriental Commercial Bank (OCB VN), Vinaconex (VCG VN), and Van Phu Invest (VPI VN).
