TRADING STRATEGY
The stock market closed slightly lower at 1,673 points with lower liquidity compared to the previous trading session. Market differentiation reappeared. Capital tended to flow into industrial services, technology, oil and gas, and construction materials stocks. Meanwhile, downward pressure appeared on large-cap stocks in finance, real estate, and F&B. The VN-Index is likely to fluctuate around 1,665-1,685 points today.
The market cooled slightly after the previous positive trading session. Overall sentiment improved, and the supply-demand balance gradually stabilized. Consequently, capital flows began to become selectively differentiated. Foreign investors had their third consecutive net buying session. In general, the main trend for the VN-Index in the short term remains a recovery towards the 1,700-1,720 point range. However, the index is likely to experience sideways trading in the coming sessions – during and immediately after the November futures contract expiration. Investors should continue to trade in a focused manner, avoiding diversification and prioritizing fundamentally sound stocks for medium- to long-term goals.
