Hanoi, January 9, 2025 – Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (“THACO”) has recently completed a VND 2,000 billion private placement of corporate bonds, with VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (“VPS”) participating as the underwriter and advisor for the bond offering dossier.
Accordingly, the bond tranche coded THC12501 was issued on 30 December 2025 with a tenor of 60 months. This is a secured, non-convertible private bond issuance without warrants, maturing on 30 December 2030. The transaction also involved YKVN Limited Liability Law Company as the legal advisor.
Acting as the underwriter on a best-efforts basis and advisor for the bond offering dossier, VPS accompanied THACO throughout the entire process - from structuring the product and completing the offering documentation to executing the placement -while ensuring full compliance with the prevailing legal framework and market standards. The transaction was successfully completed amid the gradual recovery of the corporate bond market, demonstrating VPS’s capability to effectively advise on and execute large-scale transactions.
