There are two ways for investors to purchase covered warrants:

• Option 1: Investors can register to purchase warrants at the time of the primary market issuance (immediately after being granted a certificate of registration for issuance by the Securities Commission).
• Option 2: Investors can purchase warrants on the secondary market (after the warrants are listed on the Stock Exchange) on the HOSE platform through their securities account at a brokerage firm where the investor holds an account.
