After listing, secured warrants will be delisted under the following circumstances:

• The issuing organization is suspended, temporarily ceases operations, merges, consolidates, dissolves, declares bankruptcy, or has its establishment and operations license revoked.
• The underlying securities are delisted.
• Cases where the Stock Exchange deems it necessary to protect the interests of investors.
