VPS is seeking a talented and experienced candidate for the position of Private Wealth Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and advising on financial and investment products tailored to customers’ needs, helping to enhance value and achieve business targets. 1. Responsibilities
- Building and Managing Customer Relationships
- Develop a customer network and expand relationships from the existing client base to identify and acquire potential customers.
- Grow and diversify customer acquisition channels.
- Provide product consultation and customer care in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Proactively handle situations that arise during the customer care process.
- Developing and Advising on Financial Solutions
- Possess in-depth knowledge of financial products available in the market, including VPS’s offerings.
- Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various products and assess customer needs to provide the most suitable and optimal financial solutions.
- Continuously update customers on new features, benefits of financial services they are using, policy changes affecting their assets, and market trends.
- Gather and respond to customer feedback on financial services and propose solutions to enhance service quality.
- Business Target Planning and Execution
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans as required.
- Take responsibility for meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, internal procedures, and service quality commitments.
- Prepare regular reports as required by management.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer care in banks, financial institutions, investment firms, or insurance companies.
- Candidates with experience in portfolio management, high-net-worth client advisory, and deep understanding of their behaviors and needs are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial, investment, and insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, creative, and passionate about developing premium financial services in Vietnam.
