Your account will have collateral assets processed under the following circumstances:

(i) When the customer violates the required ratios on the Margin Trading Account;
(ii) When VPS recalls the margin loan before its due date;
(iii) When the customer fails to make timely debt payments;
(iv) To fulfill other obligations of the customer with VPS; or
(v) Other cases as specified by law.
