The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality talent, with a strong focus on IT/Technology positions, to support VPS’s long-term growth strategy. In addition, this role contributes to the development and execution of Employer Branding initiatives, enhancing VPS’s position as an employer of choice in the financial–technology market.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities for IT/Technology roles (e.g. Software Engineers, Data, AI, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Product, Cybersecurity).
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, technology communities, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and headhunting when required.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate closely with Hiring Managers during technical interviews and candidate assessments.
- Act as a recruitment consultant to stakeholders by providing insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Negotiate compensation packages, manage offer processes, and closely follow up on pre-onboarding and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update recruitment data on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
B. Employer Branding (30%)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Employer Branding strategies, especially for IT and technology talent.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Communications teams to create Employer Branding content, including:
- Recruitment posts and job advertisements
- Employee stories and culture-related content
- Content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and the career website
- Participate in organizing and executing Employer Branding activities such as:
- Career fairs, campus recruitment programs
- Tech events, webinars, meetups, and hackathons
- Employee referral and community engagement programs
- Propose and implement initiatives to strengthen VPS’s employer brand awareness in the IT, fintech, and financial services talent market.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT/Technology recruitment.
- Preferred candidates with experience in technology companies, fintech, financial services, banking, securities firms, or large-scale organizations.
- Solid understanding of the IT talent market, technology roles, and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in Employer Branding activities is a strong advantage.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly via LinkedIn and technology communities.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under high recruitment pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially when working with Technology leaders and Hiring Managers.
- Ability to create recruitment or employer branding content, or work effectively with content and marketing teams.
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity, suitable for a financial–securities environment.
