VPS | List of phone numbers registered to display the VPS voice brandname

To help our valued customers easily recognize and confidently receive customer support calls, VPS has implemented the Voice Brandname service with two brand names registered with the Ministry of Information and Communications: VPS CSKH and CTCK VPS. 

Below is the list of phone numbers registered to display the VPS brand name, categorized by the respective network operator prefixes: 

Please note:

• Customers using mobile services from Viettel, MobiFone, and Vinaphone will receive calls that display the full brand names VPS CSKH or CTCK VPS along with the registered VPS phone numbers.
• For customers using other network providers, those with roaming services activated abroad, or those with mobile devices that cannot display the VPS brand names, the incoming calls will only show one of the phone numbers from the list above.
• VPS exclusively uses the phone numbers in the list above for calls to customers from VPS's call center. For any inquiries or to contact VPS, please call our hotline at 1900 6457 or email us at hotrokhachhang@vps.com.vn.
• VPS will never call to request customers to provide confidential service information under any circumstances.
