You can withdraw money from your securities account using one of the following two methods:

1) Online:

- Transfer to a bank account via the VPS Web/App.
- Transfer to a bank by identification (valid ID card, passport, military ID). The customer should bring identification to the bank counters to collect money within 15-30 days from the day you confirm on the SmartOne system.

2) At the counter:

You can withdraw cash at the following locations:
- At the transaction counter of Viet Nam Prosperity Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank).
- At the VPS transaction counter (65 Cam Hoi, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) through a check withdrawal at the bank.
